NATFI's Mission
Bridge the Gap to Self-Directed Investing Education, Mentoring, Resources, and Tax Favorable Solutions For Our Investor Members.

NATFI^© eliminates confusion for individual investors through education and mentoring. Through our knowledge providers, we offer investor members access to an inventory of products and services regarding self-directed, tax favorable investing for both traditional and non-traditional assets.

Support & Structure
NATFI^© was founded in late 2008 by Dan Cordoba of Asset Exchange Strategies, and Sonia St. James of the AccelerProcess.

Organizational support is provided the NATFI Advisory Board and certain Members. Minimal financial support is required, and any needed revenue is generated via certain services provided. The organization is a subsidiary of Asset Exchange Strategies, LLC.

Membership
There is no-fee for membership. Those wanting to access NATFI are only required to register and provide their contact information. There are two categories of Members:

Individuals – Interested persons who are, or are seeking to become a self-directed investor and want access to investment opportunities, education materials, training, mentoring and other resources.

Knowledge Providers – Companies such as Brokerage houses, Note providers, Tax lean educators, Real estate developers, IRA custodians, Third Party Administrators, Attorneys, Certified Public Accounts, and Certified Financial Planners are examples of knowledge providers.

Current Advisors

Daniel Cordoba, President of Asset Exchange Strategies, LLC (AES), located near Austin, Texas, and the recognized knowledge leader for self-directed investing. AES is a consortium of financial professionals whose purpose is to educate individuals about the benefits of Self-Directed IRAs available to them in the tax code.

AES's mission is to provide the tools and knowledge to use tax dollars to create wealth for families and for generations to come. AES has the benefit of the expertise of tax attorneys, CPAs, Realtors and other financial experts to find the appropriate methodology and tools for each investor.

Dan is co-founder of the NATFI association. Dan is the recognized Knowledge Leader in the self-directed investing industry, Dan provides his expertise, knowledge and contacts to the NAFTI association and its Members.

Sonia St. James, President of AccelerProcess, a dynamic method used to glean the essential elements of an idea , project, or challenge and create an action plan to achieve the desired outcome. Sonia is a Strategist, Author, Mentor, Health/Fitness Advocate, and is considered a Muse to creative minds.

The AccelerProcess flushes out strengths and weaknesses, identifies opportunities, benefits, and resources needed; it identifies your target market(s) and creates a brand for your company or product.

Sonia is co-founder of the NATFI association. She assumes the role of crafting and organizing the association, as well as creating and publishing many of the educational materials offered.
